SALE CONDITIONS

PURCHASE SYSTEM IN www.cabelmar.com
Purchases accomplished in cabelmar.com remain submitted
to the valid regulation as well as the rest of the concordant legislation,
being understood that the sale operations address is Cosmética
Cabelmar, S.L. c/ Valencia, 4
C.P. 03150 Dolores (Alicante).
According
to the valid regulation, the purchases effected in cabelmar.com are held
to the value added tax (VAT) established for the physical and legal people
resident in States members of the European Union and for those residents
in States no members of the European Union.
2-
PRODUCTS SALE
The characteristics of the products and their prices
will appear in screen. The articles and services will be available for
their sale until being out of stock.
The prices showed in screen are in Euros, VAT included. These prices are
valid unless there is a typewriting error. The offers, duly labelled and
identified, are valid while appearing in screen. The order confirmation
sent by www.cabelmar.com is not valid as an invoice, it would be
just a purchase voucher.

THE ORDER PROCESS
We recommend to the client who wishes to make a purchase
in www.cabelmar.com to read the general conditions of purchase
which are written in the products page. It will be understood that the
order process has been accomplished under the acceptance of these general
conditions.
Once
the order is made, the products required and a purchase voucher issued
by Cabelmar, S.L. will be sent to an address different from the address
which appears in the data client (as a gift dispatch). The purchase invoice
will be always sent to the customer address. The client will pay to Cabelmar,
S.L. for the order required.
The
products will be sent to the address indicated. They will be delivered
by Seur, according to the delivery time stipulated
for this transportation company.
4-
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If you are not satisfied with the products bought to
Cabelmar, S.L., you will be able to send them back in a no longer
period of 7 days since you received them. Together with the voucher purchase,
you will find a return document that will have to be filled up and sent
along with the products in order return them.

The
total amount of the purchase will be returned through credit procedures.
Regarding to the returns, claims, guarantee and invoices
emission (regulated by Law of 15/01/96 number 7/1996) are the following:
Any return will be accepted if the products are not given back in their
original parcel. In addition, they have to be in perfect conditions as
well.
The
delivery note stamped by Cabelmar, S.L. is a guarantee of the manufacturer.
This guarantee will be valid since the buyer receives the product in the
address indicated by him/her.
The
process to claim for any incidence or any other susceptible reason of
claim (if the product is delivered in bad conditions, damage or deteriorated,
wrong
), is the following:
The return document that goes with the voucher
purchase will have always to be sent completely filled in as we mentioned
before. To get the total amount of the purchase back, the client has to
re-send the product to Cabelmar, S.L. within seven days since the products
were received. In this case, the client will pay the cost of transportation
(according to Law of 15/01/96 number 7/1996).
On the other hand, if you would like us to replace
the product, Cabelmar, S.L., is committed to deliver another product in
good conditions and collect the faulty one at the moment of delivery.
5-
PROTECTION OF DATA
In fulfilment with what is disposed in LORTAD, should
we inform you that all the personal data provide by you will be included
in the automatic file of Cabelmar, S.L.
You have the right to accede, cancel or change all the
information which is in this file.
